These terms apply to restroom trailer rentals arranged with UT Toilet Rentals in Farr West, Utah. The rental covers the trailer, agreed rental period, and delivery, placement, pickup, or other services listed in your written quote or booking confirmation.
Water, power, waste handling, attendant service, cleaning, and accessible equipment are included only when specifically stated. Tell us about site access, ground conditions, utility connections, and intended use before booking; extra work or changed conditions may require a separate written agreement.
The customer is responsible for confirming site permissions and applicable requirements. These may include Farr West City temporary-use permits, Weber County Health Department event sanitation requirements, OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 for construction sanitation, 2010 ADA Standards for accessible routes and toilet rooms, and the Utah Plumbing Code for applicable connections.

A change to rental dates, trailer placement, duration, or included services may affect availability and cost. We will explain any proposed change and obtain your approval before treating it as part of the booking.
Do not assume a change is accepted until we confirm it in writing. Delays caused by unsafe access, site conditions, or circumstances outside our control may require rescheduling by agreement.
Written Quotes and Payment Responsibilities
UT Toilet Rentals provides a quote based on the information available about the trailer, rental period, delivery location, access, and requested services. Review the quote and booking confirmation before accepting; they identify the agreed work, charges, and payment timing.
A quote is not a booking until you approve it and we confirm availability. No prices or payment arrangements are created by these terms alone.
Payment is due as stated in the accepted quote or confirmation. If a deposit, balance, or other charge is listed, follow the stated due date and payment instructions.
Tell us promptly if you believe an invoice does not match the approved booking. Work beyond the listed scope such as a longer rental, changed placement, extra service, or response to unexpected site conditions may require an updated quote.
We will describe the proposed added work and any added charge, and obtain your approval before proceeding, except where immediate action is reasonably needed to address a safety concern or prevent damage.
Service Concerns and Warranty Coverage
UT Toilet Rentals does not promise a separate workmanship warranty or a fixed coverage period through these terms. Any warranty or service commitment that applies to a particular rental must be stated in the written quote, booking confirmation, or a separate signed agreement. The rental terms do not create coverage for a manufacturer’s equipment warranty; any such coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s own conditions.
Please report a problem with delivery, setup, or equipment promptly, with enough detail for us to understand what happened. We will review the concern and discuss a reasonable next step under the written agreement.
Coverage or service responsibility may not apply to damage, interruption, or performance issues caused by misuse, unauthorized changes, inadequate utilities, unsuitable site conditions, failure to follow instructions, or circumstances outside our control. Do not attempt repairs or alter plumbing or electrical connections without authorization.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived. The quote and any separate written warranty control if they provide more specific terms.
Responsibility for Site Risks and Losses
To the extent permitted by law, UT Toilet Rentals’ liability for a claim connected to the rental is limited to the amount paid for the specific services that gave rise to the claim.
